This relay monitors the heaters in the following ANKOM instruments: XT15I, XT10I, HClI, DELTAI, and A2000I.

This is the internal computer that controls the HCl instrument.

The pneumatically-operated Diaphragm Valve regulates the input of HCl or Acetic Acid. Refer to Service Procedure Diaphragm Valve Replacement (TS016) for installation instructions.

The Pump Assembly includes the pump head, motor, and bracket. This pump moves fluids by peristaltic action delivering fluids to the six positions.

The Temperature Probe w/ ground terminal is used in the DELTA/DELTAI and A2000/A2000I Fiber instruments. This probe provides an accurate vessel temperature which is displayed on the Ascon controller.

The Lid Assembly is used on the DELTA/DELTAI and A2000/A2000I Fiber instruments and seals the top of the digestion vessel.

This assembly heats the digestion vessel in the 220v A200I instrument.

The Outer Exhaust Hose Assembly is used in the DELTA/DELTAI and A200/A200I Fiber instruments. It drains waste solutions from the digestion vessel.

The Bag Weigh Holder is used to hold a filter bag open for easy insertion of the sample. This part is especially useful during the weighing process.

The Hinge Block Assembly is found in the A200/A200I Fiber Instruments. The assembly includes a shoulder bolt and is used to secured the lid to the vessel during sample digestion.

This hose carries waste from the vessel to the outer exhaust hose. Includes hose with clips.

This assembly heats the digestion vessel in the 120v instrument.

This is an enzyme container used for supplying Protease to the instrument.

This is a chemical container used for supplying 78% EtOH to the instrument.

The Safety Cover with Handle is used to prevent incidental splashing of fluids and assists with preventing drafts during bag heating.
