The TDF Torsion Bar is used in the ANKOM TDF Dietary Fiber Analyzer to provide torsion adequate to support the front safety cover of the instument.

The Moisture Stop Weigh Pouch contains a desiccant packet which absorbs moisture within the zipper bag. It is used when cooling and weighing filter bags to avoid unwanted absorption of moisture in the dried samples which would skew results.

The pneumatically operated Enzyme Pinch Valve-N.O. regulates the input of enzymes. Refer to Service Procedure Pinch Valve Replacement (Enzymes) (TS009) for installation instructions.

The Drain Tray collects waste fluids and funnels them through the Drain Tray Tube to a drain or a collection container provided by the user.

The TDF Thermistor Assembly is used to monitor and regulate the power input to the In-line heater to maintain a steady temperature. This is important when pre-heating fluids during rinses and 95% alcohol delivery.

The TDF99 kit is used to replace pump tubing in the ANKOM TDF instrument. The TDF99 Long-life pump tubes can only be used on instruments outfitted with pumps labeled: "HIGH TORQUE PERISTALTIC PUMP."

This is the support panel for delivery tubing that directs fluids to the six IDF or SDF positions and out to waste.

The nitrogen check valve prevents fluid back-up from the 12 IDF/SDF delivery lines into the pneumatic lines.

This is a chemical container used for supplying 95% EtOH to the instrument.

This part provides for the proper flow of fluids as they enter the filter bags.

Before the final weighing step in a Dietary Fiber analysis, the bags must be dried. The TDF50 stainless steel Bag Drying Rack has twelve positions for holding a full set of IDF/SDF bags when drying them in an oven.

The Mixer Piston Assembly is a pneumatic mixer which operates the paddle bar, ensuring good sample agitation during digestion.

The Flush Tubing Assembly used primarily for maintenance flushing of the fluid lines which allows the user to bypass fluid containers and connect to a single supply container.
