Pricing

Unless otherwise indicated, list prices are FOB point of origin and are subject to change without notice. No adjustments will be made because of price changes. ANKOM Technology Corporation will notify the customer should there be a discrepancy between ANKOM pricing and the customer's purchase order. All orders, in whole or in part, are subject to acceptance by ANKOM Technology Corporation or one of its authorized international distributors.

Terms and Payment

Subject to credit approval and unless otherwise specified, payment terms of Net 30 Date of Invoice (DOI) will apply to all domestic U.S. orders. International orders shall require payment with order, unless customer has approved credit with ANKOM Technology Corporation. All invoices and prices are quoted in U.S. currency. Authorized international distributors establish their own payment terms and conditions.

Billing Discrepancies

Any error in billing must be reported to ANKOM Technology within six months of the original invoice date. Claims and/or deductions taken for billing discrepancies after six months from the original date of invoice will not be honored.

Taxes

ANKOM Technology Corporation will not include any taxes in the purchase prices. All taxes shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping and Handling

All shipping and handling costs will be added to the invoice. ANKOM Technology Corporation uses the most cost effective and reliable shipping method possible. Customers may request an alternative shipping method, however, the customer may be required to pay a higher handling fee.
