Travel is nothing new to Chris Kelley, a Vice President responsible for sales and marketing at ANKOM Technology. Each year Chris travels around the world to support and develop distribution points and assure that ANKOM customers receive the best posssible support. Yet Chris, who has a Master of Divinity degree and provides pulpit support and bible teaching for a number of Christian churches, uses his gifts and skills to
accomplish even greater tasks. Supported by ANKOM's commitment to reach the world with the Gospel message and demonstrate God's love in tangible ways - with no strings attached, Chris has helped to organize medical missions to the Gambia, West Africa. In 2006 Chris worked with a team of local leaders in the Gambia and Pro-Health International (Nigeria) to provide free health care to over 1,500 people in this small West African nation. That care included a visit to the country's main prison to serve the immates. A number of people even received sight restoring eye surgery.
Chris is currently organizing a return medical mission that expands upon the work of 2006. Efforts include increasing the size of the medical team so that greater levels of care can be accomplished. The plan is to expand the reach of the mission to support the needs of villages outside of the area touched in 2006. Work is under way to raise significant funds to provide for the anticipated needs and increased level of care that will be made available. "The people of the Gambia represent the poorest of West Africa nations," Kelley said, "We want to continue to demonstrate God's love to these precious people." Introducing the ANKOMRFGas Production System

Macedon, NY. January 2007- The ANKOMRF Gas Production System provides an easy to use
method for monitoring gas production. The system consists of
sample jars, RF pressure sensor modules, computer interface
receiver and operational software that can be used with any PC
using Windows XP (or newer) operating systems. Samples and microbial
inoculum are placed in jars, the RF sensor module is attached and
the jar placed in an incubator. The pressure of each jar can be
measured at any user selected time interval. The system also allows the user to
program pressure release points for each jar if desired. Pressure
measurements are recorded on a standard Excel spreadsheet and
gas production curves can be generated as designed by the user.
More and More Laboratories Trust ANKOM
Technology
Macedon, NY. May 30, 2006- Walk into some of the largest laboratories around the world and chances are you will find ANKOM products in use. When ANKOM introduced the ANKOM200 Fiber Analyzer in 1993 it was the educational market that quickly embraced the new technology. Today, laboratories in the Food, Feed, and Educational segments take advantage of the improvements and savings provided by Filter Bag Technology. Commerical and governmental labs around the world have also switched to the benefits ANKOM instrumentation provides.
Today ANKOM serves analytical needs for fat/oil extraction, in vitro digestability, detergent and crude fiber determination and more. If you currently perform extractions using Soxhlet glassware, or the more compact systems like Soxtec by FOSS or Soxtherm by Gerhardt, take time to investigate what ANKOM has to offer. Filter Bag Technology provides labor savings, increased throughput, reduced need for counterspace along with precise and accurate results.
ANKOM
Introduces New Products!

Macedon, NY. January 1, 2005- During 2004 ANKOM R&D and engineering
was busy developing a variety of products to serve the industry.
Three new products and a major upgrade of a current product made for
a very busy year-end 2004. Available for 2005 ANKOM proudly introduces
the
ANKOMXT15Extractor, the ANKOMHCl Hydrolysis
System, and the ANKOM2000 Automated Fiber Analyzer.
Each of systems were designed to support the diverse population of
laboratories.
For those laboratories looking to increase the level of automation and
the volume of fat/oil extractions at a lower cost, the XT15 provides
a
solution.
Need an efficient method for performing total fat extraction without high cost
systems that require significant vent hood space, expensive glassware and lengthy procedures?
Then consider the ANKOM Hydrolysis System. Additionally, ANKOM engineers found a way to
take a number of innovations from the design of the XT15 Extractor and upgrade the XT10 Extractor
that has been on the market since 2003. The XT10 offers ANKOM's lowest cost entry into high
volume crude fat extraction, with a level of automation that will impress the most cost conscious
laboratory
The ANKOM Automated Fiber Analyzer takes the very successful ANKOM200
Fiber Analyzer and introduces automated solution control, automatic hot water rinses
and simple push button operation. Each one of these new products increases efficency,
reduces labor costs and standardizes analytical methods. You can check out these new
entries on our website at www.ankom.com.
