Warranty Information

All ANKOM Technology instruments are warranted for a period of one year. ANKOM will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge during the first year of ownership. If necessary, ANKOM will also provide repair services at no cost during the warranty period. ANKOM will credit the customer for any shipping cost incurred as a result of a needed repair. The user is responsible for normal periodic maintenance that is described in the users manual. Failure to perform the periodic maintenance can cause the warranty to be voided.

Return Policy

ANKOM Technology will accept returns of product that is damaged or defective as a result of shipping or manufacture. ANKOM is not required to accept returns of custom made products ordered in error by the customer. If ANKOM agrees to accept such product, a restocking fee of 10% will be assessed.
